Given the uncertainty surrounding the emergence of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to reassure you that we have a thorough business continuity plan and to inform you of the actions that we have taken.
Our goal is to protect our people, to ensure the smooth operation of the company and, of course, to help contain the spread of the virus.
We have established a secure remote computing network so that all our employees can work remotely with access to all programs and modules.
Last week 50% of our people worked from home to test remote infrastructure and procedures.
After this successful period, as of Monday 16/3/2020 the practice is extended to 100% of our employees.
Moreover continuous on-line communication (written, oral and teleconferences) between all employees has been ensured.
EFFECT continues to respond to known phone numbers and emails,
while at the same time continuing to work with the same intensity in delivering new projects, focused on the timetables set.
We are confident that all aforementioned measures will ensure the continuity of service provided by EFFECT to the same quality for all our partners for as long as necessary.
